CenterPoint develops distribution center in Arizona

The industrial real estate development and management firm established a distribution center in Goodyear, Ariz. for Michael Lewis Company.    CenterPoint Properties developed a distribution center in Goodyear, Ariz. for Michael Lewis Co., a leader in supply chain management and services of in-flight and catering products for the airline industry, CenterPoint said.
   The 292,000-square-foot freezer/cooler distribution center is located on 30 acres and offers immediacy to I-10. The new site features 27,080 square feet of office space; and a 262,190-square-foot warehouse with a 63,155-square-foot freezer, 12,912-square-foot cooler and a 20,388-square-foot temperature-controlled cool dock.
   Ammonia refrigeration is used for its freezing and cooling systems, allowing the freezer to drop to -10 degrees below and the cooler to 35 degrees.
   CenterPoint worked with Cornerstone Architects and LGE Design Build on this development.
