Ceres Terminals names Kern VP marketing
Ceres Terminals Inc., a North American terminal operator and provider of stevedoring services, has appointed Brian S. Kern vice president for marketing and sales, effective April 18.
Kern was director of marine and terminal operations for NYK Line (North America). In 2002 NYK acquired Ceres Terminals, which operates as a wholly owned subsidiary in the harbor division of the NYK Group.
Ceres Terminals is based in Weehawken, N.J. The company is active on the U.S. East and Gulf coasts, the Great Lakes, the St. Lawrence Seaway, and along the coasts of Canada.
