Ceres Terminals promoting Crouch, Ziegler

Ceres Terminals promoting Crouch, Ziegler New Jersey-based stevedoring and terminal operating company Ceres Terminals Inc. will promote Steve Crouch as its vice president of environment, safety and security, and Brad Ziegler, vice president of its Savannah operations. Both positions are effective Feb. 1.
   Crouch has been with the company for 10 years and is based in the company's Portsmouth, Va. location. He will maintain his current duties with compliance and safety in addition to the new responsibilities of overseeing Ceres' environmental department where he will set policies and reinforce environmental laws and regulations.
   Ziegler works from Ceres' Savannah, Ga. location and will continue to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Garden City and Brunswick Terminals.
   Ceres is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Japanese NYK Group.
