CEVA hires Levesque

CEVA Logistics has appointed Peter Levesque as senior vice president of its newly created International Logistics Solutions business unit.
The company said the ILS unit’s “core competency is in ocean consolidation and purchase order management,” and that Levesque will lead all origin management related activities across Asia Pacific from a regional headquarters in Hong Kong.

Levesque was vice president for DHL's international supply chain group for Asia Pacific. In 2000 he co-founded Hong Kong-based niche 3PL company V-Logic Ltd. and has also held several management positions at American President Lines and APL Logistics.
'Peter will focus on expanding and developing our existing assets, infrastructure and solution sets throughout Asia Pacific,” said Bill Aldridge, CEVA’s executive vice president ILS. “These are essential to the successful deployment and ongoing execution of the ILS platform.”
