Changes looming on “K” Line’s board

“K” Line on Thursday announced changes to its management board effective April 1.

   Eiichi Suzuki, Yoichi Hasegawa, Tetsuo Shiota and Katsue Yoshida will all step down from the board on that date, while Toshinori Morita and Takashi Saeki will join the board.

   Suzuki, Hasegawa, Shiota and Yoshida will return to directorial roles within the Japanese carrier. Morita and Saeki are managing executive officers. Morita will be responsible for general affairs, legal, accounting, human resources and IT, while Saeki will head the finance and corporate planning divisions.
