CHEMCONNECT, ENVERA TO MERGE
ChemConnect Inc., an online marketplace for chemicals and plastics, and Envera, a provider of electronic commerce logistics solutions, have merged.
ChemConnect, based in San Francisco, operates the World Chemicals Exchange, an online marketplace for chemicals. Richmond, Va.-based Envera has a global electronic network for chemical supply chain transactions and services.
The two companies, together, offer a fully integrated platform where buyers and sellers of chemicals and plastics can meet in an open, independent marketplace.
