ChemLogix changes name

   ChemLogix announced today that along with ChemLogix Global, VistaLogix Global and LHC Consulting, they will merge under one brand name and logo to reflect the parent company CLX Logistics, LLC. 
   Each subsidiary, including the recently established European operations based in the Netherlands, will now operate under the CLX Logistics name and replace its logo and branding.  
   “By merging our subsidiaries under one corporate brand name and logo, we will build upon the already existing synergy of our different operations to offer a wide scope of logistics and technology services through one source to a broader global audience,” Steve Hamilton, chief executive officer and president of CLX Logistics, said in a statement. “As we start operating as a single global company, we will continue to refer to our branded subsidiaries until the time is right for a complete phase out.” 
   CLX Logistics plans to gradually phase out of the subsidiary names and logos by the beginning of 2014.
