China Airlines to add two more Taipei/Los Angeles flights
Taiwan-based China Airlines will in May add two weekly flights between Taipei and Los Angeles.
Beginning May 17, the new flights will depart every Wednesday and Sunday at 11:30 p.m. from Taipei, arriving in Los Angeles the same day at 8:15 p.m. The return flight will leave Los Angeles every Monday and Thursday at 1 a.m. and arrive in Taipei at 5:55 a.m. the next day.
With the additional services, the airline will operate 16 flights per week on the Taipei/Los Angeles route, all using Boeing 747-400 aircraft.
China Airlines has a code-share cooperation with Delta Air Lines that passengers can use to fly from Los Angeles onward to New York, Boston, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Salt Lake City, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Honolulu.
