China Shipping, CMA CGM add Liverpool to new transatlantic loop
China Shipping and CMA CGM have added the U.K. port of Liverpool to the rotation of their joint weekly transatlantic USA Service, due to start March.
The first voyage on the new service will be made March 15 with both carriers providing two 2,250-TEU ships calling: New York, Baltimore, Norfolk, Charleston, Le Havre, Antwerp, Rotterdam, Bremerhaven, Liverpool and back to New York.
Mediterranean Shipping Co. is introducing later this month a weekly service between Liverpool and Montreal.
