CII names Donde president

   Consolidators International, Inc. has appointed Ronen Donde to president.
   “In his 10 years at CII, Ronen has played a key role in the growth and development of our company. His appointment to the presidency is richly deserved,” said CII Chief Executive Officer Julian Keeling, in a statement. Donde worked briefly at Pilot Air Freight before joining CII.
   CII is a Los Angeles-based freight forwarder and air cargo wholesaler.
   Donde noted CII’s strong growth in sales and earnings during the first six months of 2012, despite a soft economy in the United States and abroad. “Our concentration on customer service has worked because unlike many of our fellow forwarders who have been cutting back, we are increasing our staff by 50 percent to handle CII’s increased volume,” he said.
   CII has also made recent management appointments at its regional offices in Houston, New York’s JFK, Chicago and Atlanta.
   “We are increasing our penetration in markets throughout the South Pacific and elsewhere,” Keeling said.
