CIT Group orders A350, A320 aircraft
Aircraft leasing company CIT Group Inc. has ordered five A350-800 planes, and 24 A320 jets, Airbus said Thursday. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Deliveries of the A320 planes will begin in 2007, while the A350 planes are due from 2012.
Airbus said firm orders for the A320 plane now stand at more than 3,600.
