CLARIFICATION: TACA LINES TO RAISE EASTBOUND TARIFF RATES
The Trans Atlantic Conference Agreement said Monday it will increase its eastbound dry van and tank container tariff rates for shipments from and via U.S. West Coast ports by $240 per 20-foot and $300 per 40 and 45-foot containers, effective Sept. 1.
In addition, the tariff charge for the lines' mini-landbridge service via U.S. Atlantic ports will be adjusted by $1,500 per 20-foot and $1,800 per 40 and 45-foot container.
