In the newly created position, Lynch will administer the port's strategic plan, identify capital improvement projects, oversee environmental and sediment-management initiatives, and evaluate performance.
Lynch has more than 19 years of supply chain experience with U.S., European and Asian companies. He most recently worked for Ernst & Young as a manager in its supply chain advisory services practice, after spending 14 years with FedEx, including two years in The Netherlands, in various management positions.
