Under terms of the revenue-sharing agreement, the sales forces of V3 Systems and Clicklogistics will collaborate and refer customers to each other. V3’s warehouse system, WMS, and Clicklogistics’ transportation system, TMS, will integrate to offer “continuous supply chain synchronicity,” said Rich Sherman, chief marketing officer of V3 Systems.
V3 Systems is based in Charlotte, N.C. Clicklogistics is based in Boston.
