The liner carrier CMA CGM said Monday it has named three new members to its board.
The new members are Dominique Bussereau, former French secretary of state for transport; Pierre Mongin, president of Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens (RATP); and Jihad Azour, Lebanon’s former minister of finance between 2005 and 2008.
The appointments are effective from September. The new members join CMA CGM Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jacques Saade, executive officers Farid Salem and Rodolphe Saade, and Secretaty General Tanya Saade Zeenny, as well as Robert Yüksel Yildrim, Evren Özturk and Ercüment Erdem directors of the Yildrim Group, a shareholder in the carrier.
