CMA CGM appoints import customer service manager
CMA CGM (America) LLC said today Jamie Young has been appointed manager of import customer service.
Young will be responsible for overseeing the daily performance and quality of the import customer service call center.
Previous to joining CMA CGM, she worked as a documentation manager for Hapag-Lloyd. She has also held various positions in import and export customer service, intermodal and equipment management for Mitsui O.S.K. Lines and Norton Lilly International.
Headquartered in Norfolk, Va., CMA CGM (America) is the U.S. agent of France-based container shipping company CMA CGM.
