CMA CGM, Bollore set end of July for conclusion of takeover talks
CMA CGM and the Bollore group, which owns the shipping line Delmas, confirmed Friday they have decided to begin negotiations on an exclusive basis about CMA CGM's possible acquisition of the Bollor'’s shipping operations.
The two groups said they will finalize the negotiations by the end of July.
