The new service will have a port rotation of Shanghai, Ningbo, Los Angeles and back to Shanghai. CMA CGM will market the service as Yangtse while China Shipping call it AAC 2.
The vessel “Xin Ying Kou” will start the service when it departs Shanghai April 12. The carriers will both operate two vessels of about 4,200 TEUs.
The Yangtse/AAC 2 is the fourth weekly partnership between the French and Chinese operators in the Asia/North America trade.
