CMA CGM will operate eight newly built vessels with an average capacity of 5,700 TEUs and speed of 24.5 knots, and will add three weekly directs calls — Valencia, Spain; Ningbo and Qingdao.
The new rotation will be: Valencia, Barcelona, Fos sur Mer, Genoa, Malta, Port Kelang, Hong Kong, Qingdao, Pusan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Chiwan, Port Kelang, Damietta, Malta and back to Valencia. The service will kick off with the 'CMA CGM Chopin: departing Asia Dec. 19.
