CMA CGM hires Delville as group CFO

The French ocean carrier has appointed Michel Delville, former CFO of high-tech battery manufacturer Saft Group, to replace outgoing Chief Financial Officer Michel Sirat, according to a statement from the company.

   French ocean carrier CMA CGM has hired Michel Delville as its group Chief Financial Officer, the company said in a statement.
   The former CFO of battery manufacturer Saft Group, Delville will replace outgoing CFO Michel Sirat, who will remain with the company to “support the group on strategic development missions,” said CMA CGM.
   The company thanked Sirat for for his contributions as CFO, including in CMA CGM’s financial restructuring in 2013, as well as the firm’s recent acquisition of Neptune Orient Lines, the parent company of container carrier APL.
