He will be responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of safety, security and environmental policies and programs for the company’s marine and inland operations throughout the United States. He will also lead the Incident Response Team and act as a liaison to various industry groups, along with federal and state agencies, on safety, security, and environmental matters.
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he worked as a judge advocate, specializing in national security and law of the sea issues. Most recently, he represented vessel owners, charterers, and insurers for the law firm Davey & Brogan.
