CMA CGM to include Dunkirk in French Asia Line 3 rotation

CMA CGM to include Dunkirk in French Asia Line 3 rotation CMA CGM will next month introduce the Port of Dunkirk in its native France on to its Asia/Europe French Asia Line 3 (FAL3).
   The vessel CMA CGM Carmen will Aug. 5 make the first call in Dunkirk at the NFTI container terminal, in which Terminal Link, the handling subsidiary of CMA CGM, is a major shareholder.
   The service uses nine ships of 6,500 TEUs to 8,500 TEUs and will have a revised itinerary of Le Havre, Dunkirk, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Zeebrugge, Southampton, Beirut, Jeddah, Port Kelang, Qingdao, Ningbo, Xiamen, Chiwan, Yantian and back to Le Havre.
   Carriers taking slots on the FAL3 are CMA CGM subsidiary ANL as well as APL, China Shipping Container Lines, Evergreen Line and Hyundai Merchant Marine.
