CMA CGM, VIRGIN EXPRESS TO BID FOR FRENCH AIRLINE AIR LIB    CMA CGM, the French container shipping line controlled by Jacques Saade, and Virgin Express, the low-cost airline of British entrepreneur Richard Branson, said on Wednesday that they are considering a bid for Air Lib, the French airline company that was recently declared insolvent.
   In a joint statement, the two companies said that they “have taken notice of the Air Lib file and confirm their interest in creating and developing a new airline operation in France.”
   CMA CGM and Virgin Express hope to be able to make an offer in the coming days to acquire part of the assets of Air Lib.
   The companies said they would provide further information on the potential “as soon as the circumstances allow.”
