CN, Harrison agrees to one-year contract extension
The board of Canadian National Railway Co. has agreed to a one-year contract extension for its President and Chief Executive Officer E. Hunter Harrison, through Dec. 31, 2009.
Harrison joined CN in 1998 when it acquired the Illinois Central Railroad Co., before becoming CN's president and CEO in January 2003.
