CN promotes Harris
Montreal-based Canadian National Railway Co. has promoted Ed Harris to executive vice president, operations.
Harris has been senior vice president, operations. He will continue to be responsible for the company’s rail operations in Canada and the United States, and for CN’s network operations center in Edmonton, Alberta. He will maintain offices in Edmonton and Chicago.
As one of three CN executive vice presidents, Harris will join CN’s executive council, the most senior decision-making forum at the company.
