COAC MEETING SCHEDULED FOR JULY 21
   The Treasury Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of the U.S. Customs Service, also known as COAC, will meet in Washington on July 21 from 9 a.m. to noon.
   The meeting agenda includes a report on Customs budget for fiscal 2001 and 2002; a report from the Subcommittee on Merchandise Processing Fee; discussion of the full implementation of the 1993 Customs Modernization Act; brief update from the Office of Regulations and Rulings Subcommittee; interface discussion; and discussion of the 24-hour operations U.S. Customs operations at the land borders.
