COAST GUARD WILL SPONSOR HAZMAT FORUM    The U.S. Coast Guard will convene a forum on hazardous materials Feb. 11-13 in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Security regulatory developments and a hazardous cargo list created for security regulations will be the subjects of discussion.
   The three-day meeting, which is open to the public, will be held at the offices of American Commercial Barge Line, 1701 E. Market St., in Jeffersonville.
   The Coast Guard’s Subcommittee of the Chemical Transportation Advisory Committee (CTAC) on Hazardous Cargo Security is sponsoring the meeting.
