Columbus Line plans to add a weekly service between the U.S. East Coast and the West Coast of South America.
The service would be provided through an alliance with CSAV and CCNI, which earlier this year formed a new alliance on the route with Crowley and APL.
The service uses six 1,700-TEU ships calling weekly at New York, Baltimore, Charleston, Miami, Cartagena, Cristobal, Buenaventura, Guayaquil, Callao, Arica and San Antonio, and fortnightly at Lirquen.
