CON-WAY ADDS E-BUSINESS ENHANCEMENTS    Con-Way Transportation Services Inc. said it has added enhancements for registered less-than-truckload users of its Web site.
   The features include pre-assigned PRO numbers that can be obtained when submitting an LTL electronic bill of lading, online printing of barcoded shipping labels, and auto-delivery of up to 10 formatted manifest reports via e-mail or fax.
   Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Con-Way has seen e-business transaction count grow as more customers use its electronic bill of lading function, said Bryan M. Millican, executive vice president of sales and marketing.
   'Customers who use our site recognize the value it brings in time and money saved,' Millican said.
