CONFERENCES LOWER FUEL SURCHARGES    The Jeddah Service Group, the Europe Middle East Rate Agreement and the Aqaba Rate Agreement have announced their bunker surcharges will be reduced to $45 per TEU effective Jan. 1.
   CMA CGM, Hapag Lloyd Container Line, A.P. Moller-Maersk Sealand, P&O Nedlloyd and United Arab Shipping Co. are members of all three conferences. AWS (Ellerman) and Safmarine are members of the Europe Middle East Rate Agreement and the Aqaba Rate Agreement. The National Shipping Co. of Saudi Arabia and Nippon Yusen Kaisha are members of the Jeddah Service Group. Contship Container Lines is a member of the Aqaba Rate Agreement and Senator Lines is a member of the Europe Middle East Rate Agreement.
