CONTERM PARTNERS WITH CARGO EXPRESS IN U.S. NORTHEAST    Conterm Consolidation Services (USA) Inc., a Long Beach, Calif.-based non-vessel-operating common carrier, has formed a partnership with Cargo Express.
   Cargo Express will represent Conterm as sales agents in Baltimore and Philadelphia. Conterm, which maintains an office in New Jersey, said it will continue to handle bookings and operations for clients in these cities.
