Continental backs U.S.-EU open skies agreement
Continental Airlines has given its support to the open skies agreement reached between the United States and European Union.
The Houston-based airline said that if the agreement is approved it would apply for blanket open-skies authority to serve all the European Union countries.
“We think this agreement will foster trade, be beneficial to consumers and allow Continental to better serve its customers,” said Larry Kellner, Continental’s chief executive officer.
