Contracts administrator Ryan leaves Seattle for Tacoma
The Port of Tacoma has appointed Vincent Ryan as its senior contracts administrator, responsible for construction contracts from bid preparation through contract closing.
Ryan held a similar position at the neighboring Port of Seattle. Previously, he has worked as a contract specialist for the United States General Services, the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air force and U.S. Defense Logistics Agency.
