Cooper, a 21-year veteran at MTMC, replaces Tom Collinsworth, who retired last April.
The Transportation Engineering Agency, based at MTMC’s branch office in Newport News, Va., is responsible for improving the military’s deployment capability through operations research and computer simulations. The agency is composed of 106 civil engineers, operations research analysts and transporters.
