CORRECTION: CSXI THIRD-QUARTER OPERATING INCOME $39 MILLION
Friday's Shipper+ Shippers’ NewsWire should have said that CSX Intermodal, the intermodal arm of the CSX Corp. group, saw its operating income improve to $39 million in the third quarter, from $37 million in the same quarter in 2001. Revenue in the latest quarter was $313 million, up $17 million from the year-earlier quarter.
