The surcharge will be $50 per 20-foot container, $100 per 40-foot box, $20 per vehicle and rolling stock up to 700 cubic feet, $50 per vehicle and rolling stock more than 700 cubic feet and $2 per freight ton for less-than-containerload or breakbulk cargo, subject to a minimum charge of $2 per bill of lading.
