CROWLEY LINER SERVICES BOOSTS SAILINGS TO PANAMA, COSTA RICA    Crowley Line Services will enhance its service between Port Everglades, Fla.; Manzanillo, Panama; and Puerto Limon, Costa Rica from fixed-day weekly to every five days.
   The change in sailings will add 21 annual sailings and improve capacity by 40 percent, the carrier said.
   “'Our customers have expressed concerns about capacity and frequency of service in light of the recently passed Caribbean Basin Initiative-NAFTA Parity bill, which is expected to generate increased cargo volumes when it goes into effect Oct. 1,” said Rinus Schepen, senior vice president and general manager, Crowley Liner Services-Latin America.
   Crowley's service serves Managua, Nicaragua, overland via Puerto Limon.
