Shemesh will remain in Seattle and continue reporting to Michael Roberts, senior vice president and general counsel who works out of Crowley’s headquarters in Jacksonville, Fla.
In her new role, Shemesh will primarily be responsible for providing advice and support on legal issues affecting company business on the West Coast, including petroleum distribution, harbor ship assist and tanker escort. She will also play a role assisting in the continued expansion of Jensen Maritime, a Crowley subsidiary specializing in naval architecture and marine engineering services.
