Crowley promotes Menard to VP risk management
Crowley Maritime Corp. said Wednesday it has promoted Dwight Menard to vice president of risk management effective December 1.
Menard will be responsible for the company's global insurance program; management of Beacon Insurance Company, Ltd; supporting the risk management and insurance requirements of Crowley's four business lines; allocation of insurance cost and administration/management of the claim, insurance and contract review/approval processes.
Menard joined Crowley in 1987 as manager of claims in the company's Jacksonville risk management department and over the years has held positions of increasing responsibility in risk management. He most recently has served as director of risk management.
He will continue to be based in Jacksonville and will report to William Pennella, Crowley's vice chairman and executive vice president.
