The company’s newly appointed director Stephen E. Wasserman has been named chairman and the board has formed a chief executive office made up of various directors to assume the day-to-day responsibilities while the board searches for a new CEO.
The San Diego-based CryoPort also recently appointed Steve Leatherman as its chief commercial officer.
