CSA pushing additional training programs
The Caribbean Shipping Association, which earlier this month announced a wide-ranging maritime training agreement involving three countries, has further increased it maritime training program with new initiatives in Puerto Rico.
The CSA said it will help launch a new regional maritime training program in cooperation with Catholic University of Ponce. The program is still in the developmental stage, but is intended to improve the labor market for the shipping and logistics industries in Puerto Rico.
