Frank Lonegro, executive vice president and chief financial officer for CSX, said in a statement that the Nasdaq listing “more closely aligns with the platform where most of our trading activity already takes place.”
According to a report in the Jacksonville Business Journal, CSX has 975 million shares of common stock.
