CSX freight trains collide in Florida, killing one crewman    Two freight trains owned by CSX Transportation, a major U.S. railroad, collided 35 miles north of Tampa, Fla. Monday. One crew member died and three others were injured.
   Four locomotives derailed along with 15 cars, including two tank cars that leaked 30,000 gallons of a non-hazardous nitrogen fertilizer into a ditch.
   One train was headed south from Waycross, Ga., to Tampa. The other was headed north from Miami to Wildwood, Fla.       They collided head-on. Each train had a crew of two persons.
   Investigators from the federal government and CSX Transportation are looking into the cause of the accident, according to a railroad spokesman.
