CSX LINES AND RESURGENCE REACH LICENSING AGREEMENT
CSX Lines LLC and Resurgence Software Inc. have reached a software licensing agreement, in which Resurgence will implement its Wave Software System on all 16 vessels in the CSX Lines fleet and selected shore locations.
The software is designed to provide maritime organizations with information and analysis tools to make equipment maintenance and procurement decisions. The software also captures equipment performance data.
CSX Lines, a wholly owned subsidiary of CSX Corp., provides domestic container service.
Resurgence, based in the University of New Orleans Research and Technology Park, is a maritime equipment reliability and benchmarking software company.
