CSX TRANSPORTATION ENHANCES NEW YORK/FLORIDA SERVICE    CSX Transportation, a unit of CSX Corp., has started non-stop, direct service from New York City metropolitan area to Florida.
   The Florida Special trains run from Newark, N.J., Monday through Saturday to Jacksonville and Tampa Bay in three days, Miami in five.
