CSX WORLD TERMINALS SIGNS AGREEMENT TO OPERATE PUSAN TERMINAL    CSX World Terminals LLC and Pusan Newport Co. Ltd., a consortium of 13 Korean companies led by Samsung, has signed a memorandum of understanding to operate a new container terminal in Pusan, Korea.
   PNC recently finalized negotiations with the South Korean government for 50-year concession rights for expanding the Pusan port, which is the third-largest containerport in the world.
   Under the agreement, CSX World Terminals would provide PNC with the operating management, global sales and marketing, terminal systems and industry expertise to establish the terminal.
   CSX World Terminals, a subsidiary of CSX Corp., provides terminal operations at 17 facilities in Asia, Australia, Europe, Latin America and the United States.
