CSXT promotes ex-California transport official to liaison position

CSXT promotes ex-California transport official to liaison position Class I railroad CSX Transportation has named Lisa Mancini to the new role of vice president-strategic infrastructure initiatives.
   Mancini, who joined the company in 2003, will lead efforts to develop and implement rail freight network solutions to help cities and states address transportation issues related to population changes, economic development needs, environmental challenges and other factors.
   Mancini, who was most recently vice president-labor relations, has served as deputy executive director of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, chief operating officer of the San Francisco Municipal Railway, and as an operating executive for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority.
