CTSA drops summer bunker fees 24.7%    The 11 member shipping lines of the Canada Transpacific Stabilization Agreement said Wednesday they are dropping bunker surcharges 24.7 percent compared to the March rate, through at least June 30.
   The lines will also charge different bunker surcharges depending on whether cargo transits through West or East Coast Canadian ports:
   ' For East Coast ports, the fuel recovery charge will be $247 per TEU, $309 per FEU, $391 per 40-foot, high-cube container, and $519 per 45-foot container.
   ' For West Coast ports, the charge will be $118 per TEU, $148 per FEU, $167 per 40-foot, high-cube container, and $187 per 45-foot container.
   CTSA said its currency adjustment factor will remain at 0 percent through June.
   CTSA member lines are APL, COSCO Container Lines, Evergreen, Hanjin Shipping, Hapag-Lloyd, Hyundai Merchant Marine, 'K' Line, NYK Line, OOCL, Yang Ming and Zim Integrated Shipping Services.
