CUSTOMS LAW FIRMS KMZ, ROSENMAN & COLIN MERGE    Customs trade law firm Katten Muchin Zavis has merged with Rosenman & Colin.
   The new firm, KMZ Rosenman, with more than 600 attorneys, has offices in New York; Los Angeles; Chicago; Washington; Charlotte, N.C.; Newark, N.J.; and Palo Alto, Calif.
   Vincent A.F. Sergi, national managing partner for KMZ Rosenman, said in a letter to clients that the new firm will “remain focused on detail” and the attorneys will handle the same clients that they had before the merger.
