CUSTOMS RENEWS CONTRACT WITH EG&G TO DISPOSE OF SEIZED PROPERTY    The U.S. Customs Service has extended by 10 years its contract with EG&G Technical Services of Gaithersburg, Md., to act as the Treasury Department's primer contractor for managing and disposing of seized and forfeited real property.
   Over the past 10 years, EG&G Technical Services has managed more than 11,000 line items of property monthly and held more than 300 public auctions in the United States and Puerto Rico annually, dealing with everything from homes, buildings and commercial properties to vacant land. Proceeds from the sales are deposited into the Treasury Asset Forfeiture Fund, established in 1993. Revenue from the funds is used for law enforcement activities and for restitution to victims of crime.
   Treasury agencies participating in the program include Customs, the Internal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigations, the U.S. Secret Service and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
   'For EG&G, the value of the contract is $51 million.
